This source package needs your Supabase project URL and public publishable/anon key in config.js. Never use a service-role key.

Welcome to your family gym
Each adult has their own email and password. Private health and nutrition data are not shared.
Youth accounts require a separate parental-consent and age-safeguards workflow, not included in this release. Do not register a minor using the adult signup.
Join your family
Create a family or enter an invitation code from an existing family member.
Family dashboard
Your full workout, food and health data remain private. Only opted-in achievement titles and dates are shown to family members.
Resolve sync conflict
Compare both versions and download each backup before selecting one. Replacement buttons unlock only after both downloads. Nothing is merged automatically.

If both copies contain unique changes, download both and stop. Do not choose either replacement until the data can be merged safely.
Automatic cloud save is enabled after tracker edits. If the cloud copy has changed on another device, this app will stop and ask you to resolve the conflict. Export a JSON backup regularly.
Oura Ring connection
Connect your Oura account securely. Recovery data stays private to your account. Connection requires backend configuration and an eligible Oura API application.

Family settings
Off by default. Switching off hides your achievements from other family members.
Only share this code privately with trusted adult family members. It allows joining your family.
Share a workout achievement
Sharing is disabled unless you opt in above. Never enter medical details here.
